Damon and Rachel have each invested large amounts of time in helping based roles including pastoring, vision teams, board level leadership, and directorship.  In their roles as debriefing facilitators, Damon and Rachel possess an ardent commitment to aiding couples in navigating the distinct challenges that arise within the context of ministry and life. They have undergone training with Piringa, in Prepare and Enrich, and Rachel has attained accreditation as a CliftonStrengths Coach through the esteemed Strengths Network. Demonstrating exceptional listening skills, both Damon and Rachel provide insightful perspectives, utilizing a safe, gentle, and highly effective approach to assisting others.
